Our water heater packed it on Christmas Eve. Not a good day to be without hot water. Not expecting any reply, I simply posted our need on Facebook. Therwood was recommended by several of my contacts. I then received a reply by Therwood. Long story short, our water heater was replaced the next day, Boxing Day. The cost was very reasonable and the old tank was taken away as well. Last week our furnace died at around 2 am. It was around -20. We woke up to a freezing house. We called Therwood at 8 am. They sent a technician who was here by 10 am. We needed a new furnace . Before 1pm the same day 3 guys were here and a new furnace was installed and working by 4 pm. We had heat! The guys were so pleasant and they took away the old furnace and left the area spotless. We would highly recommend this company. Fast, efficient and friendly. We will definitely use them again if needed in the future. Great company.

Excellent service! Had no heat on a chilly winter Sunday morning, called Therwood and Matt arrived about 20 minutes later. Most people these days would have a peak and say”we need to order parts”, Matt decided I was going to have heat if there was any way he could get the job done! Outstanding attitude that you don’t see everyday these days, I did also need parts to completely repair the furnace properly and he will be back, but he left me with a working furnace. Amazing! Keep up the good work!!!!!!
